1.What age group do you cater for?

Ages 3-12

2. Do you only tutor Mathematicsand Science?

Yes. currently those are the only subjects.

3.What is the procedure for obtaining your service?

Well, it is simple. All you need to do is check the for an available time on the homepage, make your payment, schedule your appointments (via phone call or email) and then be on time for your session.

Please note that there will be no additional time for those who turn up late for their tutoring session. Also, payments and appointments must be made within an hour ahead of tutoring session.

Policies

  1. Parents and students are advised to check for available date and time before making payment.
  2. Students must be on time for their session.
  3. Students attending sessions online should be prepared at all times with the necessary resources. eg. notebook, pencils, rulers, calculators etc.
  4. Appointments must be made at least 2 hour ahead of tutoring session and if the student wont be able to attend on the scheduled time, I must be informed of that at least 30 minutes before the time.
  5. There will not be a refund for students who miss their tutoring session.
  6. No additional time will be given to students who turn up late for their session.
